Those feudal barons in old Albion merely updated their uniforms. They now occupy chairs in international banking, it would appear, their gross (in every sense) annual bonuses unaffected by short selling and the kind of misconduct which has led us all into this current credit crunch with its attendant fuel and food price hikes.
