This is as lovely a Bay Area moment as I have ever seen and I don't even like Journey.

I'm trying to explain my vision. I keep seeing (only in my minds eye,so far) ladders to the edge of the universe with humans on them, every one has their head stuck up the guy above him's ass, while below thousands of clowns flop around and do all the cool shit clowns do. I wish I could explain what it means, but I can't. Hows that for poetry? You promise not to whack Q for introducing us,right?
I have developed a terrible weakness for that Journey song. Maybe it was the Soprano's episode. Maybe it was mass karaoke at my boyfriend's brother's wedding. Not sure. I'm stuck with it now. I should know better!
Ish, I'm a little disturbed that I now have positive associations with this song. I was happier when I could sneer at it. I just don't feel like sneering. Tim, as I've said elsewhere, I like poetry.

I hope the Giants wrap it up in Texas so that Steve Perry doesn't sing again.
