The great Frank of Ex Con Alcoholic Addict's Etcetera drove past me early this morning. He knew I was somewhere in the neighborhood, so he honked his horn as promised. I have yet to meet him face to face, but now I know what the back of his head, not to mention his van, looks like. Who else is local?
