This is solidarity at its finest. There is something quite dramatic and profoundly touching in the photograph of those two buses parked side by side.
As a teenager when I attended my father's funeral - arriving a little late with my sister and mother - we were barred by a funeral director from making our way to the front with an officious wave of the hand.
"Standing room, only," he said.
I believe I answered him quite courteously under the circumstances.
His face drained of colour except for two florid spots on both cheeks where he looked like he had been slapped about the face.
My thoughts are with Chuck; his friends and family.
