Someone came here looking for the chords to Rudi, a Message To You. They're C-F- and G7. In that order. Played over and over. It doesn't get any simpler. I'm not hardly a natural musician and it took me under a minute to figure out.

All the best songs have 3 chords or fewer. "Dandy" is not only a great name but a fine song by the kinks about a lothario. I have a book that a friend gave me about the history of dandyism too. I could riff on "dandy" all day, I reckon...
Not many people know "Dandy" by the Kinks. I'm not a Kinks fan, but that album was a huge favorite in my youth. As to dandyism, in some other life I'm sure I was a dandy. Not much of a dandy in this life, but I enjoy dandyism in others. and finally, yep, if you can't say it with two or three chords you need to pause and reconsider.
